“I’m part of ABB because after being involved with a mission organization and leading teams to Haiti on mission trips, I have seen firsthand how much time and energy is required to keep a missions organization operating and fulfilling its missions. Adding the accounting and tax burdens on top of that takes a huge chunk of time away from the missions work. I feel ABB is able to eliminate that burden to allow the missions organizations and its missionaries to focus on what God has called them to do. I have felt called more into missions work over the past several years and being a part of ABB allows me to become more involved in missions by working alongside the organizations we serve.”

Meet Our Staff
Leslee Albright-
Missionary Accountant
Leslee joined the ABB team in January 2020 bringing a perspective both broad and deep, gained from experience with a variety of industries and organizational structures. She enjoys the details while comprehending the big picture, envisioning the future and has a passion for implementing strategies to grow efficient and effective organizations. She a light to everyone she meets and we are so thankful to have her on staff!

From leading me to Messiah College and then across the country and various places on the globe, back to a connection with Messiah and right where He wants me, here at ABB. Quintin Blank, CPA-
Missionary Accountant
Quintin joined the ABB team in February 2021, bringing three years of experience in the tax sector of public accounting. He has worked with a wide range of industries and entity structures and particularly enjoys working through tax issues relating to individual, fiduciary, and nonprofit entities as well as international tax. In his free time, Quintin enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling to new places, playing the violin, and ultimate frisbee!
“I am involved with ABB because I desire to use the life God has given me to glorify Him in a very direct and intentional way. Working with ABB allows me to fulfill that desire while participating in two of my favorite things; building relationships and solving accounting related problems! I am so excited to be a part of a ministry that has such a substantial impact on the lives of others while spreading the love of Jesus. I can't wait to see how God will continue to use ABB for His glory.”

Kristine Cutler-Ambrose- Missionary Accountant
Kris joined the ABB team in October 2021 after working in the private accounting sector for many years. She brings many years of experience in all areas of accounting, and we are so grateful to have her on the team! In her free time, Kris enjoys traveling, reading, crafting, hiking, and playing music.
"I am involved with ABB because I am called by God to serve, give back and lighten the load on others. I truly welcome this unique opportunity to use my God-given time and talents to relieve the burden that ministries and missionaries may experience when they think about funds, bank statements, bills, receipts, financial reports, accounts, etc. I experience joy in keeping things ordered and in-control behind the scenes; and I enjoy the distinction of being able to walk with our Ministry Partners, sharing their joys and burdens as they impact lives for Christ. Courtney Weaver, CPA- Founder/Executive Director
Courtney founded Accounting Beyond Borders after learning on a sports ministry trip that one of the biggest needs of ministries around the world is accounting! In her free time, Courtney enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors with her husband Jon, son Noah, and golden retriever puppy, Buddy!

Carolyn Woods- Director of Development
Carolyn joined the ABB team in February of 2023. She brings over 9 years of experience in nonprofit management, serving in the greater Washington, DC area for organizations in both the higher education and healthcare spaces. She also brings a creative and business development background from running her own photography business and from her studies as a film major at Messiah University. You will often spot her with her camera in hand! Carolyn is a busy and proud mom to 3 adorable goofballs, (Kealy, Rory, and Sully) and 1 furball (Linus.) She is thankful that she gets to experience the world alongside her wonderful husband, Luke.
